Our client, a premier global online employment solution is looking for an experience Senior/ Business Development Manager to join their Hong Kong Operation.
Job responsibilities:
• Developing strategic solutions for prospective clients
• Prospecting for new business within major profile accounts
• Creating PowerPoint presentations, customised proposals and recruitment marketing campaigns
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
Job requirements:
• A minimum of 3-5 years sales experience
• Knowledge of the recruitment industry, experience selling to Human Resources would be an advantage
• Ability to demonstrate consistent closing techniques throughout the sales cycle
• Negotiates terms and offers within permitted parameters
• The ability to work independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, presentation and relationship skills
• Strong problem solving and follow-up skills
• High degree of comfort working with middle & senior management
**Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Development Manager
