Our client is an international law firm and is now looking to recruit a Senior Banking and Finance Associate to join their Singapore office.
The ideal candidate will be 4-8 years PQE with experience of acquisition, project or general finance. You should be able to speak and draft fluently in English and preferably Mandarin, although this is not essential.
This position is within a small and dynamic banking & finance team that receives good quality instructions. This would be ideal for a banking lawyer who is looking to broaden their experience out of one practice area.
The successful candidate will have a high level of legal ability, gained at an established firm. You should have the experience and confidence to lead on documents and transactions as appropriate.
Candidates should be comfortable with fast-paced and challenging complex cases and outstanding professional skills and knowledge.
