A reputable European Bank is seeking a ISDA Negotiator to join their growing Singapore office. Responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating ISDA Master Agreements in various jurisdictions as well as the preparation of pricing supplements and other structured note documentation originating in the region. They will also provide expert consultative services to the Bank’s internal stakeholders and counterparties on documentation and market issues. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years working experience negotiating ISDA Master Agreements, prime brokerage agreements and reviewing loan documentation, guarantees and other financing documents in various jurisdictions within Asia. Ideally they will have a degree in law and a solid knowledge of investment banking and capital markets in a large financial institution. Fluent English is expected and Mandarin and/or another Asian language would be an asset.
