Provide Sourcing and Procurement support to sourcing manager on project bases.
Assist sourcing manager on solving a broad range of procurement-related problems of varying scope and complexity.
Be able to manage and coordinate functional partner linkage: Project management and tracking, drive project completion and achieve target.
External/Internal customers orientation, bring the best result into Agilent not only for a successful sourcing but also for consistent service level and service improvement.
Provide assistance and coordination in the area of Contract Negotiation: Prepare RFI/RFP using Agilent agreements; agree strategy with functional partners; detailed contracts knowledge and understanding of what terms are negotiable and what are not; manage the risks in low level for contract initiative, service delivery and termination.
Takes the accountabilities on supplier sourcing and management and docs. Retention and management /tracking contract status.
Qualifications
Qualifications Bachelors or equivalent plus a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
MUSTS: Understanding procurement process and vendor selection process. Strong knowledge and background on IT and WPS field. Be initiative and time management skill. Candidates should have strong communication skills, in particular the ability to form a compelling argument based on well presented data. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese(Simplified and Traditional) and English Self starter, motivated to take ownership and drive projects to completion The ability to gather and analyze complex market information will be increasingly important.
HIGHLY DESIRED: Multinational working experiences. Previous experience managing suppliers. Desired are a detailed knowledge of current Agilent processes and the implications of those processes on sourcing decisions. Knowledge of current procurement processes and how we can change processes to improve compliance.
