Job details EEsof AE is expected to assists the EEsof China South sales team to meet or exceed sales quota, through the provision of technical expertise. Main customers are high frequency system and circuit designer, RFIC/MMIC designer and device modeling clients. EEsof AE should participate actively in the sales process from deal qualification to deal closure.

Key responsibilities:
- Owns the deal's technical closure, is knowledgeable of competition and able to identify lockout specification (identify Agilent's competitive advantage over competition),
- Analyzes customer requirements, recommends and generates appropriate EEsof products and design solution according to customer’s application.
- Is responsible for feature-by-feature demonstrations, benchmarks, competitive positioning.
- Acts as the customer voice to influence future product design that meets customer needs.
- Generate application paper, technical selling tools in order support sales team widely promote the products.
- Contribute to post-sales and services activities, including customer education and service in major account.
- Behavior in accord with Agilent values and SBC.




Qualifications
- Phd or Master degree of Electronic Engineering\Communication Enigeering\Microeletronics
- Excellent knowledge and some experience on microwave circuit design; MMIC design; RFIC design; communication system design; antenna design;
- Experience on Agilent ADS, EMDS, AMDS, GoldenGate EDA software or other high freuency EEDA software is prefered
- Good english reading, speech and writing skill.
- Good communication skill
