Our client is a one of Singapore's largest power utility company seeking to deliver energy solutions while minimising its operational impact on the environment through high standards of environmental care in emission control, waste disposal as well as energy and resource conservation. As a result of continuing business needs, there is now a need to recruit a high calibre individual to lead the function.
This position will be based in Singapore
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include improving plant reliability, availability and efficiency through effective on-site engineering support. You will plan and manage the repairs and maintenance of equipment and plant according to schedules; improve existing maintenance practices; lead and coordinate plant engineering projects and supervise the contractors to ensure safe and timely delivery of services.
Requirements:
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
* 8 years’ relevant experience in working with large machineries or utilities industry;
(candidates with 2+ yrs experience may apply for Maintenance Officer position)
* A Subject Expert in the operations and maintenance of engineering equipment such as combined cycle plant;
* Understanding of statutory requirements is an advantage;
* Possess strong analytical, problem solving and management skills.
Salary: 500,000 - 600,000 RMB / mo. Remuneration is subjective to experience.
