An inquisitive and tenacious pursuit of statistics and facts, and an ability to draw accurate conclusions based on imperfect information.
An intellectual curiosity about solar technology and the impact that silicon production will have on the world market.
A strong record of academic achievement; Ph.D., MBA, or other Master's degree is a significant advantage, but not required.
Strong analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative; ability to forecast trends and to develop and test research hypotheses.
A practical understanding of what makes a business succeed or fail in this industry and in China.
