It's working within their core Financial Services Practice, who specialise on delivering CRM (Siebel) Projects in China for the Retail Banks such as CCB, BOC. The role will involve travelling between SH/BJ/GZ, and helping customers to get the maximum value of their Siebel Systems in CRM and Analytics.
As an Analyst you will work with key customer contacts through all stages of the project life cycle. You will be an essential interface between end-users and technical team members. Your duties will involve the production of all project documentation, project management and definition of application scope and objectives.
Our ideal candidate will be bi-lingual in English and Mandarin, and have:
At least 3 years of Analysis experience in Siebel 7/8.
Strong skills in developing Functional Requirements.
Proven skills in facilitating meetings (requirements capture, scope, change requests)
Experience working for a systems integrator (EG CSC), management consulting firm (EG Accenture) or a retail bank (EG Bank of China)
