We are currently seeking a highly experienced communications expert to join a leading Dubai-based organisation. Due to constant expansion, this organisation is seeking a learned professional who can play a major role in their ongoing business transformation and change management.
You will work closely alongside the departments Senior Director, and will have senior level experience within a large and complex organisation.
Responsibilities will include:
-Managing transformation related communication across the business
-Identifying communication needs of high level stakeholders and ensuring their needs are met and understood
-Developing a transformation message which will engage internal staff
-Orchestrating key meetings and events related to business transformation
-Structuring key messages, identifying audiences and sequencing communications effectively
This is a key role in this companys bid to continue their expansion. You will have proven ability to deliver and remain focused in an ever-changing environment, preferably with some international experience, as well as the following:
-Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline
-Min 10 years experience with a highly successful track record
-Expert in composing and delivering complex communications messages within a blue-chip organisation
-Have worked at board level
-Ability to handle high pressure situations
