1). Generate quotes upon Accounts Managers'or customers' requests 2). Enters valid orders to initiate product shipment 3). Manages orders to ensure complete and on time delivery 4). Manages inventory effectively 5). Creates on time invoices upon delivery or completion of installation 6). Provide credits to customers and manages product returns to Logistic Centers 7). Make sure the orders process and entered with compliance 8). Contributes to continuous quality improvements and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
· Bachelor Degree in International Economics & Trade major, with 2-3 years of experience in order management will be a plus · Fluent spoken and written English · Excellent knowledge of PC tools · Integrity · High flexibility · Teamwork skills · Customer satisfaction oriented · Able to work under tremendous pressure · Able to resolve problem and deliver commitment
