Our client, an Am Law 100 rank of US firms is building up the Shanghai IP Transactional Practice. Now they are actively seeking candidates who have Foreign education background, Technical background (Chemistry, Life Science, EE or IT), excellent Mandarin and English language skills. Ideal candidates are admitted in USA. Experienced attorneys are requested to have relevant experience in IP Transaction, Outsource Supplying and Infringement.
Requirements:
USA qualified attorney with 5-7 years of experience
Excellent English-language communication drafting skills
Experience in IP Transaction, Outsource Supplying and Infringement is preferred
Organized and able to work independently
Ability to handle multiple tasks
