Based in the Hong Kong regional headquarters and reporting to the Head of Treasury, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of financing and treasury in relation to projects in the Asia Pacific region. Taking a hands-on approach, you will research and evaluate the feasibility, effectiveness and profitability of new financial proposals. With your knowledge of the real estate industry and strong relationships with financial institutions, you will be instrumental in developing and structuring all financial plans for the growth of the organisation. To qualify, individuals must possess:
-A university degree and a professional accounting/finance qualification
-A minimum of 7 years' finance/treasury experience, preferably in the real estate sector
-Proven record of managing financing exercises including project finance in South Asia and China
-Flexibility and a proactive approach to problem solving with a willingness to travel
-Excellent English and Mandarin
