Our client is a leading European investment bank with well-established businesses in Asia. As part of their commitment to Asia business expansion, an outstanding opportunity has arisen for a high calibre Credit Analyst to join their Private Banking team.
Reporting to the VP, you will assess the credit and financial strength of counterparts and analyse the credit risk profiles of financial instruments. You will analyse the credit implications of various financial transactions and identify opportunities to enhance/improve operational efficiency in credit administration. Working closely with other departments, you will advise on credit related issues and ensure appropriate documents are checked and executed in a timely manner. You will have opportunity to liaise directly with clients, relationship managers and solicitors.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
-A degree from a top-tier university
-Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in credit risk analysis gained from investment banks, private banking exposure highly regarded
-Good communications skills with an excellent command of English
-Flexibility and ability to learn quickly
-Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently
