Job details Our client is a leading European Investment Bank with has continual growth and committment to Asia despite current market conditions As part of this continued investment in the region, there are a number of strategic initiatives in place requiring an experienced Change Management and Sourcing Management expert to join the Regional Finance Team.

This is a high profile role covering the Asia region and interacting with businesses across the bank and senior management. The purpose of your role is to help develop a smoothly operating Finance organisation which leverages the appropriate internal and external sources to meet internal client needs. You will establish and manage service level agreements on behalf of the Finance group and define and interpret KPI's for the group. In this role you will have regular engagement with CFOs, business managers, outsourced service centres and external vendors.

To qualify, individuals must possess:
-A university degree and preferably an accounting qualification
-Minimum 8 to 10 years relevant experience in Project Management, Sourcing Management, Business Management and/or Product Control
-Good financial markets product knowledge, preferably in equities
-Strong understanding of the trade flow process
-A relevant accounting qualification
-Ability to manage multiple conflicting deliverables
-Excellent communication skills and ability to act as client relationship manager with internal clients
