Our client is seeking M&A lawyers to join its growing team of legal counsel engaged in cross-border merger and acquisition transactions. At the Associate Director level, you will be involved in a range of global projects and able to utilize a broad spectrum of your legal knowledge. Applications are welcome from a candidates with a minimum of five years experience with private practice or in-house background. The positions are open to foreign qualified lawyers.
