Reporting to the BPO Centre Director and Global Engagement Director, you will lead a sizable team to offer finance and accounting services to their prestigious clients with global presence. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, stakeholders and delivery teams. You need to be committed to continuous process improvement. With the opportunity to work with some of the top-tier multinationals, this position will offer you a diverse path to move into a senior management role.

The Successful Applicant:
To be qualified for the role, you will be a finance/accounting professional with at least 7 years' finance management experience gained within the Big 4 or multinational corporations. BPO experience is a big plus. PRC experience would be a bonus. To succeed in this role, you will possess a strong technical knowledge base and demonstrate first-rate people management skills. You will also display an ability to balance demands and a keen sense of commercial awareness. Fluency in Chinese and English is essential.
