Due to expansion, our client, a reputable European bank with offices in 26 countries is looking for an experienced managment accountant to join their cost reporting team.
Responsibilities:
Provide high quality and actionable Management Information with appropriate interpretation and analysis on a timely basis
Develop productive and valued relationships with senior management of the various infrastucture groups.
Actively seek out, propose and action efficiencies and process improvements.
To ensure that appropriate procedures and processes are in place, followed and developed to accurately report the costs of the infrastructure function
Coordinate and assist the budgeting and forecasting process, review budget and forecasts.
Support various initiatives to enhance cost transparency and improve the efficiency of the ledger control teams across the wider cost reporting department
Requirements:
Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent
Excellent communication skills
Experience in Financial Management of a significant cost base, ideally in a banking environment
