Its continuous and sustainable growth in China has created a rare opportunity for a senior Investors Relations Officer to join its burgeoning practice.
Job Description:
Reporting to the Group CEO directly, you will participate in all affairs relating to the company's equity financing, international business development and investor relations. You will utilize your strong financial analysis and business skills and support the Board in devising strategies and initiatives to further develop the business. Representing the company in its best interests, you will prepare presentation materials, travel internationally to meet global institutional investors and conduct road shows to both investors and the media.
The Successful Applicant:
You must have a strong finance background and deep appreciation of the operations of the financial markets. You must have the confidence and possess the gravitas and excellent communication skills to present in front of stakeholders. Property / construction industry exposure is highly preferred. Prior investment banking experience is advantageous. MBA from a US/UK business school is preferred but not essential. Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must.
