Job Description:
Reporting to the Group COO, you will be a key member of the senior management team providing leadership and direction to the HR function of the Group in line with business goals and needs. You will lead and manage a team and oversee the full spectrum of HR services including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management and training and development. You will act as a true business partner to business unit heads to review and further develop existing human resources policies and practices as well as to implement new initiatives.
The Successful Applicant:
To qualify, you will be a degree-educated human resources professional with a proven track record in providing both strategic and operational human resources management. Previous experience gained from a multinational and/or sizeable listed group at a corporate level will be highly regarded. Proactive and independent, you will lead and manage a range of strategic projects while maintaining a practical ‘hands-on’ approach. You will also possess diplomacy, integrity and professionalism and have the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential.
