Job Description:
The Financial Training Specialist will design, develop and deliver innovative and educational financial training courses to a range of investment banks and financial services institutions. In this high profile role, you will deliver approximately 120 days of training each year throughout the region. Through this process, you will strive to develop professional relationships with high profile clients in various countries. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to travel internationally and identify and develop new business areas.
The Successful Applicant:
To qualify, you should have a track record of success within a financial services environment over at least 2 years. Experience in Leveraged Finance, Research, Private Equity, Capital and Credit Markets would be ideal and the role will suit individuals seeking a challenging career change. Passion, a creative mindset and strong interpersonal skills are required. An ability to impart knowledge with energy, relevance and engagement is essential. Fluency in English is essential with Mandarin an advantage.
