Job Description:
A position has recently become available for a Human Resources Executive. This role will have overall responsibility for the day to day running of the HR function through to the implementing of HR strategy.
The successful individual will also have the chance to engage with the business at manager level and above, both within HK and the Region. This includes scope to better improve areas such as policy and procedure but also make a commercial contribution to the business itself.
The Successful Applicant:
The successful candidate will be a very driven and ambitious HR professional who already has several years' worth of solid Human Resources experience where their achievements have been both valuable and tangible.
This individual will now be looking for a "next-step" in to a more autonomous role where they will have full Generalist responsibility, greatly increased Business Partner exposure coupled with excellent promotional prospects.
