Job Description:
Reporting to the CEO in China, you will be a key member of the management team providing leadership and direction to the HR function of the Group in line with the business objectives. You will lead and manage teams across multiple sites in China and oversee the full spectrum of HR services including recruitment, C&B, employee relations and performance management. Specifically, you will act as a true HR business partner to review and implement organisational development initiatives and restructuring programs.
The Successful Applicant:
To qualify, you will possess at least 10 years experience in a human resources management capacity in a progressive international organisation with exposure in the hospitality and / or resort business an advantage. A strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation in China will be sought. You will possess proven leadership skills, high levels of integrity and a ?hands-on? diplomatic approach. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential as are exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
