Job Description:
Reporting to Head of Human Resources, Asia Pacific, you will play a key role in delivering first class recruitment services for an organisation with over 600 employees at present throughout Asia Pacific. You will work closely with senior executives within the region to formulate effective and efficient recruitment strategies and assess staffing needs for new business projects. In addition, you will be responsible for managing daily HR issues relating to recruitment and selection, internal transfers and employee induction.
The Successful Applicant:
To qualify, you will be a degree qualified HR professional with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience including at least 5 years managing recruitment and talent acquisition. A strong, client-focused approach coupled with a flexible and resourceful style will be critical to success in this position. Strong negotiation, influencing and consultative skills and the ability to build positive internal client and supplier relationship are essential.
