Job Description:
Reporting to the Regional HR Director Asia Pacific, this is a hands-on role. Key responsibilities will include the provision of administrative and HR services to the businesses in the region, processing monthly payroll as well as a heavy involvement in recruitment, staff database updating, salary and benefits administration. You will also need to have close liaison with line managers throughout the region and occasional travel is required.
The Successful Applicant:
To qualify, you should possess a university or professional diploma/qualification in HR management. You should have at least 8 years of regional HR experience gained in progressive and global firms. With fluency in English and Mandarin, candidates should have practical experience in HR and payroll spreadsheets management. High level of numeracy and computer literacy are crucial. Seasoned senior secretaries with experience in regional HR and administrative functions will also be considered.
