Job details Job Description:
As an integral part of the management team and a key business partner, you will formulate and execute HR strategies and policies to support company growth and business objectives. You will oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR activities in Asia including recruitment, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits and employee relations. You will also be involved in overall office management and internal communications to foster a highly motivated working environment.

The Successful Applicant:
Degree qualified, you will have at least 10 years’ HR generalist experience with a least 3 in a senior management position. With strong business acumen and high energy levels, you will have a ‘hands-on’ and results driven approach. Creative and resourceful, will be a strong people manager and a committed team player. Fluency in English and Cantonese will be essential. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of Deputy Human Resources Director.
