The position:
Development at Saen Options involves a lot of team work and coordination with Traders. Before 2002 the trading was done on the actual exchange floor (open outcry trading), but now days this has completely shifted to automated screen trading. This means that our in house software development team is working at the heart of the business and is of extreme importance. As a senior C++ developer you are responsible to build up and manage a team of developers. You will actively take on the lead of international product software development projects. We are looking for someone who also likes to bring in new ideas. You will work in an environment that is constantly changing. Your Profile:
• Bachelor or Master in Computer Science from an accredited engineering school.
• 1+ year team leading experience.
• 3+ years of C/C++ software design and development experience.
• Strong knowledge in std C++ development, familiar with Visual VC++.
• Experience in Unix/Linux C++ development or server development is a bonus.
• Experience in socket and networking development.
• Experience in OOA/OOD, UML.
• Familiar with CMMI or Scrum.
• Fluent in English (international travel might be required).
• Having stock and trading knowledge is a plus.
