We are currently hiring a real estate/REIT focused analyst for a large securities and futures brokerage firm. We require:
- 2nd or 3rd year analyst
- Covering real estate funds / REITs and / or infrastructure in public equity domain
- Regional markets Greater China + Hong Kong
- Strong modeling skills, DCF proficient
- Mandarin required
- Analyzing public equities, real estates stocks for the sell side
- Research for institutional clients.
