Our client is a prominent tier 1 Hedge Fund focusing on Asia with a multi billion portfolio that utilizes a multi – strat approach.
In addition to the general requirements listed below, at the Senior Analyst level we are specifically seeking investment professionals with a focus on equity strategies, private equity, and/or direct investment experiences.
-Support the portfolio manager and investment team in the research and analysis of investment opportunities
-Provide due diligence, management research, and financial & quantitative analyses of companies, markets and deals
-Create and validate financial models and projections
-Formulate recommended strategies, actions and hedges for investments
-Formulate and negotiate deal structures
-Track and assess investment performance and risk through the lifecycle of a deal
Requirements:
-3-10 years of experience in Asian financial markets
-Experience in one or more of the following geographical areas/markets: Greater China, Japan, India, Taiwan, Korea, Vietnam.
-Diversified industry exposure and/or product knowledge
-Strong credit analysis and equity research skills.
-Exceptional quantitative and analysis skills.
-With Trading mindset, who follows IPOs, plus restructuring situations, events, catalysts
-Fluency in Mandarin; Native or near-native English
