A leading US firm is currently seeking lawyers at the 3 to 5 years PQE level for its Beijing office. This is a broad role which will encompass coordinating, structuring, documenting and implementing all types of multinational and local transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, financing, joint ventures, mergers, reorganisations, spin-offs and strategic alliances. Although hands on experience in this market is preferred, our client is prepared to relocate lawyers from outside of the region so this represents a great opportunity for a seasoned corporate lawyer to make the move to Asia. Applicants will be considered from the US and all Commonwealth jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will be a native speaker of English and must have excellent drafting skills. Chinese skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
