Job details Here is an excellent opportunity for you to step up in your career and put your experience in retail brand management to good use. You will also enjoy representing this prestigious luxury brand and be responsible for managing the Hong Kong market. A key responsibility will be driving sales targets and sales turnover through your innovative sales strategies. You will have full commercial P&L responsibility for the store performance and you will ensure that all the stores meet the sales targets and objectives while overseeing the brands positioning and image is consistent with the companies’ global strategy.

Your core focus will include maximizing sales while enhancing the brands quality, product and service image. Formulate longer term growth strategies and plans by developing and implementing plans for increasing profitable Retail Operations sales through improvements in store format, merchandise presentation, inventory control, product mix and pricing, promotion and advertising, consumer service and store employee performance.

To be successful in this role you will have a strong retail operations background in working with a leading fashion brand in Hong Kong, ideally in a leadership role. An ability to develop, motivate and lead a retail sales and operations team to achieve key commercial and customer service targets along with being proficient in sales, incentives, and P&L management and analysis. Fluency in English and Cantonese with outstanding presentation skills is essential.
