Key Responsibilities:
-Market research as per clients' recruitment needs and requirements through the phone and other necessary channels
-Support consultant to assess and evaluate the candidate's qualification
-Coordinate consultant with meeting arrangement and other office admin work
-Work with consultant to complete each search assignment for clients
Qualifications and Requirements:
-University degree
- 3-5 years of HR recruitment or executive search experience
-Aggressive with can-do attitude
-Willing to take challenge and work under pressure
-Initiating action and innovative thinking
-Good communication skills with excellent English in speaking and writing
