THE COMPANY
The company is a listed property developer in Hong Kong. To cope with their fast development, they are now seeking for suitable candidate for their management role.
THE JOB
• Provide technical support to the Property Management Team
• Monitor and arrange repair and maintenance works for our properties
• Make recommendations of contractors’ quotations
• Liaise with the Project Development team to deal with building defects
• Handle requests and complaints from customers
THE REQUIREMENTS
• Degree holder in Building Service or Building related discipline
• Minimum 4 years relevant experiences in property maintenance with 2 years at supervisory level
• Solid site experience, good knowledge in current regulations and statutory requirements in Hong Kong
• Self-motivated with good co-ordination and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
