Job details Job Description:
Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a 18 people team and have ultimate responsibility for all accounting activities of the manufacturing plant, ensuring adherence to financial and accounting policies. You will focus on assessing business drivers and develop both short and long term plans to improve the effectiveness of operations. Key responsibilities will include the provision of financial planning, budget preparation and budgetary controls. There will also be a large emphasis placed on costing analysis.

The Successful Applicant:
You will be a qualified accountant possessing at least 8-10 years experience gained within multinational corporations, ideally from the manufacturing sector. Practical experience gained in China is an advantage as is a strong working knowledge of management accounting and costing. You will be an experienced staff manager with high integrity, strong leadership skills and a willingness to be hands-on. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin are essential.
