Job Description:
This is a Manager/Assistant Manager role open for financial professional seeking to get M&A exposure. You will be leading a team of professionals to offer commercial and financial due diligence assistance, valuation and other M&A advisory services to client from different business sectors.
The Successful Applicant:
You will be a degree holder with a professional accounting qualification. You will have 3-6 years of experience in accounting/audit or finance experience with a major CPA or commercial firm. Experience in executing merge & acquisition would be highly advantageous, though not a must. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
