Job Description:
Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will be leading a sizable team of managers and indirectly a factory of 4000 workforce. You will be developing long term manufacturing strategy in cost competitive and high efficiency manner, ensure productivity and labor efficiency. Working with other supporting departments you will obtain adequate resources support in systems, manpower, space, quality assurance and materials. Finally, you will develop a highly motivated and stable supervision team.
The Successful Applicant:
The successful candidate will have a degree or equivalent in business or engineering and importantly, an extensive experience in manufacturing industry in multinational organization. Within, 5 to 7 years in managerial position, preferable in plastic manufacturing facilities. Self-motivated business smart thinker and solid team builder, leader with great communicational skills in English, Chinese-Mandarin or Cantonese.
