Job Description:
You will manage the internal Quality System audit and Process audits to meet customer specific requirement in product launching effectively and efficiently. You will manage internal/ external audit findings and drive for continual improvement effectively. You will establish and drive the Design/ Production Team to implement Quality Engineering Programs to Total Control Methodology, DOE, Six Sigma, Gemba Kaizen, Application Based Reliability Testing/ Analysis, etc.
The Successful Applicant:
Degree holder in Mechanical/ Manufacturing Engineering or Material Science you posses a minimum of 10 years working experiences in Quality Engineering, of which 3 years in Managerial positions. You are a registered Lead Assessor for ISO9001:2000, TS-16949:2002 or QS-9000:1998, VDA6.3 system. You have hands-on experience in using quality tools and you have knowledge of automotive industrial requirement on quality. You display good coordinating and coaching skills. Good command of the English and Chinese language including spoken Mandarin is mandatory.
