Job Description:
You will maintain and modify the process to achieve the manufacturing capability requirement. You will also evaluate new materials used in the process for capability improvement and/or cost reduction. You will provide training and documentation for related departments. You will be responsible for the achievement of the technology road map designed by the company.
The Successful Applicant:
Degree qualified in manufacturing, Electronic Engineering or equivalent, you have around 7 years of experience in the electronics industry with at least 2 years in a relevant position on managerial level. You have the ability to organize, schedule and control cost to maximize the efficiency and preform quality analysis. You display strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin is mandatory, Cantonese would be a plus.
