We are seeking an experienced, proven, performer to manage our Shenzhen, China-based sheet metal operations. The successful candidate must commit to reside in Shenzhen, China for at least 3 years.
Job Requirements:
•Direct experience with metal fabrication and part finishing operations including blanking, embossing, printing, painting, plating, assembly and packaging.
•Minimum 3 years experience managing manufacturing operations with minimum of 500 workers.
•Previous experience working as manufacturing or process engineer. Candidate should have good technical knowledge of processes.
•Excellent teamwork skills and leadership skills. Experience leading projects teams to:
Develop or improve manufacturing processes
Implement customer new products into manufacturing
Increase operation efficiency or plant output
Reduce costs
•Excellent English speaking and writing skills required.
•Position requires high level of honesty and integrity.
•B.S. in Engineering.
Responsibilities:
•Manage China plant operations in support of meeting customer needs cost effectively.
•Manage all aspects of the China sheet metal operation, including: Production, Engineering, Logistics and Quality.
•Drive operation excellence through process control.
•Manage improvement plans and implementation of new processes and product lines within the operation.
•Work with US and China Product Management to ensure we are supporting all customer requirements.
Position is located in the Joward Industrial Zone, Shiyan, Bao an, Shenzhen
