This leading consultancy has a reputation second to none and due to continued expansion they are looking for an HR manager. This will be a challenging and varied position ideally suited to someone with South East Asian exposure. Sitting within a dedicated team and supported by excellent talent, your role will be key to the successful management of HR delivery and projects.
Duties will include but not be limited to; Advising on HR policies and practices, consulting on legal and social obligations, managing the recruitment Processes ,monitoring turnover and produce monthly reports, ensuring that Staff personal development needs are met through appropriate appraisal, coaching, mentoring and training programs.
Ideally you will have 6 years of experience in a professional services firm, a broad knowledge of HR and proven recruiting experience. You will be confident, professional and a motivated self starter.
