The position:
Development at Saen Options involves a lot of team work and coordination with Traders. Before 2002 the trading was done on the actual exchange floor (open outcry trading), but now days this has completely shifted to automated screen trading. This means that our in house software development team is working at the heart of the business and is of extreme importance. We are looking for someone who also likes to bring in new ideas. You will work in an environment that is constantly changing. We expect from our developers that they grow with the 'market'. We stimulate personal development and we appreciate initiatives. Your Profile:
• Bachelor/ Master in Computer Science from an accredited engineering school.
• More than 1+ years of C/C++ software design and development experience.
• Strong knowledge in std C++ development, familiar with Visual VC++.
• Experience in Unix/Linux C++ development or server development is a bonus
• Experience in socket and networking development.
• Experience in OOA/OOD, UML.
• Familiar with CMMI or Scrum
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required and be self-motivated
• Fluent in English (international travel might required)
• Having stock and trading knowledge is a plus.
