A new role has opened in the Asia-regional legal team for an industry-leading US company. The role will be Singapore based. The applicant should have experience in the area of volume contracts, and be able to work effectively with the sales team. Reporting to the Director of Contracts, the successful incumbent will be responsible for day-to-day drafting, vetting, and negotiating of a variety of commercial contracts, specifically sales documentation, and software license agreements, for the Asia Pacific region. The role would ideally suit someone with 2-3 years relevant experience, some of which would ideally have been related to Information Technology or other similar sectors. Fluency in English is expected and Mandarin would be beneficial.
