You must have at least three years of experience drafting and negotiating property and construction agreements, for example experience of REITS and private equity deals would be beneficial. Additionally, you should have a diverse skill-set encompassing litigation, listings rules and knowledge of corporate and property finance. The ability to use your initiative and be commercially astute is vital to ensure successful negotiations with external counsel and internal business lines.
