My client is currently involved with some of Hong Kong's finest infrastructure, commercial and mixed use schemes. With expansion into new project areas including the cultural and education sectors, they are looking to make a key appointment at Senior Architect level.
Applicants must be fully qualified and authorised within Hong Kong or an equivalent region. A solid history of completed projects which demonstrate both exceptional design ability and solid technical understanding is important. Candidates must be able to show a portfolio containing projects across a variety of sectors and should have good examples to show experience managing small teams of architects. This role will suit someone keen to progress to the next stage in their career and will allow for numerous opportunities to move forward to associate and ultimately director level in the future.
Working at a senior level, there will be exposure to some of the newest and most exciting schemes in the practice along with the opportunity to work alongside some of the regions leading architects.
Candidates should be based locally or have definite plans to relocate to Hong Kong. An understanding of Cantonese or Mandarin would be advantageous.
