We are seeking a Software Project Manager for full time employment in our Beijing office.
- Help to define scope, deliverables, schedules, budgets and task lists
- Liaise with technical and creative teams for estimation and quotation of software, web and technical projects
- Planning, tracking, managing and driving projects from inception to successful delivery / completion
- Detailed time and cost tracking for projects will be required
- Creating and maintaing detailed project plans and communicating project status
- Identify and resolve project issues, problems and changes. Know when to escalate.
- Facilitate communication with management, development teams and creative teams to ensure project success.
- You must have experience with software projects and be very familiar with the software development lifecycle
- Several years experience in managing medium size technology and or software development projects
- You must have demonstrated that you have successfully delivered projects in a corporate environment
- Very skilled in the use of project planning tools (such as MS Project or similar tools)
- PRINCE, PMI or other project methodology training, certifications or memberships are a plus.
- Experience working concurrently on multiple projects a plus.
- Client facing capability a plus
- A degree in computer science, mathematics or engineering disciplines is a plus
- English language fluency (reading, writing and speaking) is essential
- Spoken Mandarin Chinese is a plus
