Our client, a leading European Property Development Company involved in major projects worldwide with an expanding China focus, now requires an outstanding additional lawyer to join their legal team. You will have at least 5 years’ post qualification experience, preferably gained in a law firm. Solid corporate transactional background combined with sound knowledge of PRC real estate laws is required.
PRC admittance alongside a UK/HK/US qualification is desirable, however other overseas experience (LLM etc.) combined with excellent credentials may be considered.
The successful candidate will be based in Shanghai and report directly to the China GC. Fluency (including ability to draft) in Mandarin and English mandatory. An exciting opportunity to join a thriving organisation in a cutting edge sector.
