Our client is renowned for its expertise in the fields of corporate finance projects, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Due to the continued growth and expansion of its practices in the APAC region it is currently looking for a Corporate Finance Associate to join its team in Shanghai.
Ideally applicants will have gained at least 2 years experience in corporate finance and/or other corporate transactions with another leading international law firm in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic team with a vast and well established blue chip corporate client base to work with. Fluent Chinese language skills are essential for this role.
