Our client, a leading Asian alternative investment management company listed on AIM, now requires a Senior Legal Counsel to be based in Shanghai. You will have extensive real estate transactional experience, including project financing, deal structuring, M&A and negotiation. PRC bar along with an overseas (US, UK, Australia etc.) qualification is essential. You must be a strong team player, proactive and able to perform under pressure. The successful applicant will have 7 years or above (PQE) gained either in a law firm or an international real estate investment company. Fluent Mandarin and English combined with outstanding academics are a must. Excellent long term career opportunity for the right individual.
