An opportunity has arisen within a global leader in the Investment Banking market based in Singapore for a Treasury Application Support Consultant to join their Private Banking Division.

This is an important role in providing end user IT support to Private Banking users of Asia Pacific. The candidate is required to articulate/interlock with key business users, manage 3rd Party vendors, internal developers and relevant business stakeholders in a professional manner. In addition, the candidate will interact closely with 2nd level support of Private Banking Applications e.g Globus T24, E-Banking platform, Product Hub, daily problem management, analysis, incident management and ensure problems are closely tracked and resolved in timely manner.
Key deliverables for the role are
To provide Application Support Services to various Business areas in Asia Pacific based on Service levels set by the management or otherwise stated in service level agreements.
To liaise with external service provider and/or internal departments to deliver high availability of Production System.
Manage and execute the framework and service level required from the different internal and external providers; and provide and demonstrate technical and domain leadership to junior consultants.

Qualifications and Experience
Masters degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Financial Studies.
Min 7 years working experience
Good functional knowledge of Product Hub, Internet banking, Wealth Management systems, Treasury systems and support processes. Systems include T24, Siebel, J2EE, ATS, Lighthouse, BDG, Fenics, Opics.
Experience in functional/technical leadership of small team.
Experience in dealing and managing external vendors and business users.
Self-motivated and ability to work independently. Ability to persevere through pressurized environment.
Ability to demonstrate Strategic Thinking, Planning and Effective Proposals for problem resolution.
Strong presentation, advocacy and influencing skills. Proven track record in delivering end user support (relationship management) in past experiences, client/user centric.
Experience in Financial services industry.
Knowledge of relevant professional IT frameworks (CMMI, ITIL, SOX) an advantage
