A European bank with an established reputation is hiring Change Management professionals to ride the next wave of changes in the banking industry.
Job Brief:
The successful candidate should have a good perspective of the related issues in people--process--technology; with experience in strategic planning (covering short-term 1-to-3 year plans, strategic agenda for each product, budgets and objectives in support of Wholesale Banking Operations Strategy.
You should be updated on and able to critically evaluate the impact of market trends, new programs, regulatory action, etc. and advise upon findings. The role provides opportunities to develop and implement effective solutions for business critical issues.
Skills Required:
Strong Operations / Project Management / Strategy experience in banking industry
Strong project management experience (able to mitigate project risks)
Knowledge of cross-asset front to back trading functionality systems highly preferred
Strong stakeholders' analysis and management
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Good product knowledge, e.g. Derivatives, Commodities, Securities, etc.
Vendor management skills
Business analysis and adept in functional requirements
