Job Description:
Reporting to and working closely with the President, you will drive the successful public listing of the company. You will be an integral member of the management team to devise strategies and contribute to business growth through sound judgment and analysis. Having ultimate responsibility for the finance and administrative functions, you will assume company secretarial duties and advise on taxation and statutory compliance issues. In addition, you will formulate and implement internal controls and corporate policy.
The Successful Applicant:
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with at least 10 years’ relevant experience gained within locally listed corporations. This is a demanding role requiring expert knowledge of Hong Kong listing rules. Previous experience in the real estate sector and managing internal financial preparation for IPOs are desirable. Strong business acumen, proven management skills and a commercial and analytical mindset are also key success criteria. Access to contacts across Hong Kong banking sector is preferred. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a prerequisite.
